We were very dissatisfied on the noise, screaming children, slamming doors. The room had a horrible view. We came to see the city / holiday lights & all we saw was a wall!! The location is good .

Was on a special access floor with a nice room. Thinking I was going to have a great view I looked out the window to see a hallway. Lame.

The hotel is very close to everything in downtown Minneapolis. It is walking distance to Target field and Target center. It is easy to get to from the airport.
My bathroom was not the cleanest. I booked a double room but when I checked in they only had king room. They gave me a rollaway bed but I booked three months ahead to ensure a double room.

The location was perfect and parking was so cheap!
The sleep number bed did not work; therefore the mattress had pockets of air and everytime I moved it was awful. My husband slept on the floor.

The room was clean, modern and pleasant. The amenities current and thoughtful.
There seemed to be a lot of noise that traveled into our room from the hall (loud laughter from a group roaming the halls at 3AM) and I could hear the unanswered alarm going off for an hour in the neighboring room. We were in room # 717.

The new rooms were beautiful and big! Very European. I Liked the new design and layout. Bathroom was fun to try since it would be impractical in one's own house! Decor and colors were soothing!
The chair in the new room was not very cozy and comfortable. Something softer would be great. Also, the towels are a long way in a cold room from the shower. It would be great if there could be one of those towel warming racks on a nearby wall. Maybe at the other end of the tub - it would be closer!
